The 6 Week FREE Fall Challenge is here and officially begins Wednesday, October 16th thru Wednesday, November 27, 2013. So don’t wait…get started TODAY! The challenge is about living a fit lifestyle while having fun & meeting new people.

Julie Bickle Healthy Fit & Hip will keep track of your “daily points”. Here are the ways you can earn points:

>1 point working out at least 20 mins (up to 6 days a week. You do need 1 day at least of rest!) Comment – with what you did!

>1 point for eating healthy throughout the day (you pick the criteria for you) Comment – with a short description of the day’s eats!

>1 point for drinking 64 oz of water – Comment “64”

>1 point for journaling in the comment Let us know (briefly) h – ow you’re doing.

Max of 4 points per day, plus BONUSES!



BONUS POINTS!


>5 points for each new like you send our way! (In order to get credit make sure your friend lets us know you sent him/her.)

>5 points for posting progress pics (1 max per week)

>1 point for posting pics of your healthy meals (2 max per day)

>1 point for posting pics of yourself exercising (1 max per day)

Each day we will post the Official challenge post for the day. Please comment in the on-going thread for that day with your points and your journal/log. Each morning we will tally and post the previous day’s points!
