Clean Eating Kick’N Salsa Recipe

Here is my Sunday Salsa recipe that I worked up today!

  • 6 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers 
  • 4 large cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime squeezed
  • kosher salt to taste

Chop all ingredients to the consistency you would like.  Mine was somewhat chunky but if you would like for yours to be thinner continue to chop away!
